Our Program
Day/Night Treatment with
Housing (also known as PHP)
We offer a comprehensive day and night treatment program with an optional community housing component for those who require additional support. During the day, clients participate in clinical group sessions and individual therapy at our office. In the evenings, they transition to a recovery home, where they live alongside other clients and a dedicated resident staff member, fostering accountability and focus.
This level of care is designed to prepare clients for independent living, equipping them with the tools and skills needed to achieve lasting recovery and maintain a clean and sober lifestyle. Our recovery homes are spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide a healthy and tranquil environment conducive to healing.
IOP (Intensive Outpatient)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured three-hour classes, five days a week, tailored to clients who are transitioning from higher levels of care and seeking continued support. For graduates of our Day/Night Treatment program, we also provide optional community housing. This phase is designed to help clients prepare for the challenges of life beyond the 24-hour accountability offered in earlier treatment stages.
The IOP residence, known as “The Campus,” is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to support clients in taking their final steps toward complete independence. During clinical hours, from 8 AM to 11 AM, clients engage in group and individual therapy as well as case management to address their specific needs. After therapy, the focus shifts to practical preparation, including resume building, job searching, and route planning for safe and timely travel to workplaces.
Clients are required to secure employment within two weeks of entering the IOP and contribute $150 weekly after their first paycheck. Upon completing the 9–10 week program, graduates are awarded a scholarship to a sober living residence of their choice.
Our mission is to break the cycle of repeated treatment without a clear plan for life post-recovery. Sober Lyfe is committed to supporting clients every step of the way, and we are proud to witness the remarkable success achieved through this one of a kind program initiative.
OP (Outpatient)
Our Outpatient Program offers flexible, one-hour classes, three days a week, designed to accommodate each client’s unique schedule. This program includes individual sessions with a counselor and educational classes, making it an effective option for individuals with mild substance use disorders or those transitioning from higher levels of care, such as Day/Night Treatment or IOP.

Frequent Outings: Why They Matter
At our program, we believe that recovery extends beyond the walls of a treatment center. Experiencing recovery in various environments is essential for building confidence, resilience, and real-world skills.
Frequent outings allow clients to practice the tools and strategies they’ve learned in treatment, fostering a sense of balance and reinforcing the importance of enjoying life while maintaining sobriety. These experiences play a vital role in helping clients rediscover joy, connection, and purpose as they transition to a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
