How it works

Care that steps down as you step up.

Most men do not need one level of treatment — they need a sequence, with somebody walking them through every handoff.

Every plan is tailored to the man in front of us: his relationships, his work, his life after the program. You can enter at the level that fits where you are today, and move down as you get stronger — without ever starting over with strangers.

Level 01

Day / Night Treatment (PHP)

Full days of clinical care at our licensed treatment office.

You take part in clinical group sessions, individual therapy and case management at our licensed treatment office, six days a week. Housing is separate from treatment: certified recovery residences and sober living homes are available nearby for men who want structured living while they attend, and no clinical services take place there.

This level of care is designed to prepare you for independent living, equipping you with the tools and skills to hold onto recovery for good.

Level 02

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Structured therapy in the morning. Building your future in the afternoon.

Three-hour classes, five days a week — clean, spacious and designed for men taking their final steps toward complete independence. Groups run 7–10 AM: group therapy, individual therapy and case management built around what you actually need.

After therapy the focus shifts to practical preparation — resume building, job searching, and route planning so getting to work is never the thing that trips you up. Clients have three weeks to secure employment after entering IOP and contribute $150 weekly after their first paycheck.

The whole 10- to 15-week program exists to break one cycle: going through treatment again and again without a real plan for the life that comes after it.

Level 03

Outpatient (OP)

Flexible support that fits around the life you are rebuilding.

One-hour classes, three days a week, scheduled around your life — including individual sessions with a counselor alongside educational classes.

It is an effective fit for men with mild substance use disorders, and the natural next step for anyone transitioning down from Day/Night Treatment or IOP who still wants somebody in their corner.

Recovery extends beyond the walls of a treatment center. Experiencing it in different environments is what builds confidence, resilience and real-world skill — and reminds a man that a sober life is one worth actually enjoying.
